Every pack is available in black or white. Why bedrooms? It's the quickest reliable guide to the size of your home. We don't fit a sensor to every window: door contacts cover your entry points and motion detectors protect the rooms an intruder would have to cross. Not sure which pack fits? We've installed enough home alarms to know what each size of home needs, which is why we can skip the survey and guarantee the price. Only in exceptional circumstances would anything change, and if your home is one of those rare cases Simon will tell you on the call, before you book anything.

Every pack is self-monitored through the Ajax app at no ongoing cost. These two extras are entirely optional and can be added at any time.
24/7 professional monitoring
If your alarm triggers, trained operators at our partner's UK alarm receiving centre respond around the clock and contact you or your nominated keyholders, whether you're asleep, abroad or out of signal.
Annual service visit
A yearly health check by one of our engineers: every detector tested, batteries checked, software updated. Some home insurers ask for a maintained system.
Add CCTV with your alarm and we'll upgrade your recorder for free
Security is what we do all day, for homes and for some of the region's largest businesses. If you'd like more than an alarm, having it fitted on the same visit saves you money, and we'll add something extra.

Tell us on the form or mention it to Simon. Ajax systems are easy to extend with extra detectors, so larger homes, garages and outbuildings are no problem. We'll give you a clear price before you commit.
No, and you don't need one. Door contacts protect your main entry points and motion detectors protect the rooms an intruder would have to pass through. The number of bedrooms is simply a reliable guide to the size of your home and the pack it needs.
It's the formal certificate we issue when your alarm is handed over, confirming the system has been designed, installed and commissioned to the relevant British and European standards by an SSAIB certified company. Keep it with your home insurance documents: many insurers ask for proof of a professionally installed, certified alarm.
The motion detectors in every pack are pet friendly and are designed to ignore cats and most dogs. If you have a particularly large dog, mention it to Simon and we'll position the detectors to suit.
The hub connects to your router by cable and has a mobile network backup, plus its own backup battery. If the broadband or the power drops, the alarm keeps working and keeps alerting you.
Because the system is wireless, most homes are completed in a single visit with no mess. Our engineer will set up the app on your phone and walk you through everything before leaving.
