SSAIB: security systems inspectorate
SSAIB (the Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board) inspects our design, installation and maintenance work against the relevant standards and codes of practice. We are registered firm NORF034 under schedule of registration 8469-P. This is the certification insurers and the police URN scheme look for when they ask whether an installer is approved.

Monitored systems connect to Fenix Monitoring (Security Direct International Ltd, company number 11433919). Its alarm receiving centre in Cowley, Oxford is NSI Gold approved for:
- Security monitoring to BS 5979 Category II
- Remotely monitored, detector-activated CCTV to BS 8418
- Monitoring of fire alarms
- Monitoring of intruder alarms
- Monitoring of lone worker devices
